It would be best if you’ve watched the previous three seasons, as that will help you understand the flow of the story better. Each season is meaningful in its own way , emotional, fun, sweet, and touching. I hope people enjoy it as much as I did. 

I just completed it. Thinking eh why the great grandpa changed to Zhao Ting Yi, in previous season it's Wang Dao Tie. I understand why there's change afterZeng Hui saying that the one marrying Rong Yao isn't handsome, isn't smart, and is good at acting (this is my personal opinion, don't hate me). There's a hint of season 5 omo.

Personally I prefer season 3 because it's funnier, but this season is also great as usual. The characters and the dialogue teaching  the viewers life and moral lesson, and reminding people not to forget about the past heroic deed of the heroes in the war era and to be grateful for living in this peaceful and modern era. And to beware of moral kidnapping, to be honest and working hard on your own, etc.

It's now available on reelxia, though I watched it on bilibili.

I found Li Zhuo Yang like a week before, my his eyes is so pretty and he always looks like he's keeping something inside. I'm going to follow his works.
