How do you know if a title that you've added is accepted? And is there a typical turn-around time. Thanks!

If it's rejected, you'll get a message from staff.

Usually it's about 1-2 months but due to the influx of requests and busy staff it's been delayed. I have a couple of submissions from early January that are still pending.
