Miso soup, umecha, fried rice

すき焼き

Grilled chicken Souvlaki sandwiches and homemade white bean hummus.   

Made spicy mixed veg stew, had it soup style

Leftovers turned into a taco/burrito

A little oil in a moderately heated skillet, sprinkled it with some of the spicy packet from a ramen bowl I didn't use all of the other day, laid a flour tortilla on that, topped with shredded cheese, refried beans, waited until the tortilla was crisp and golden then added a little sour cream and a medium thinly slice tomato, folded it over and yum!

Sauted beef, baby asparagus & lots of crispy whole garlic cloves.   Addictive!
