What’s for dinner?

Temperature dropped 40F from yesterday to today so I made a pot of cannellini veggie soup to warm up with. 

Pork roast with carmelized onions, Patty Jinich’s smashed baked potatoes, gingered carrots. Pineapple upside down cake. 

Veg sauté (carrot tomato potato capsicum corn) with loads of fresh coconut

Hull roasted "drunk" rabbit with mini potatoes & spices. Rocket leaves-lettuce-acorn cherry tomatoes salad with our usual casual dressing of olive oil-apple cider vinegar-must syrup. 

leftovers i added water to because rice cooker came out a bit too dry

brown rice, chunk chicken, chicken stock, apple pie larabars (dates, almonds, apples, walnuts, raisins, cinnamon)
