What’s for dinner?

One pan lemon, garlic, and basil baked salmon with potatoes and asparagus, served with rice

I used a recipe for Ribollita as inspiration.  I cannot do wet bread so I added some cheese ravioli at the end.  Also omitted the pancetta.  So, not really Ribollita, but good.  ^^
