I'm pretty decent in the kitchen, so I'll give you all a tip: it's the quality of the ingredients that normally separates home-cooking from splashing out in a restaurant!

I can cook cuisine based on Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Spanish, British, French and Scandinavian cuisine, but I like to tweak everything to suit both my taste and budget... so it all kind of ends up unique and not necessary the dish from any of the above listed nations!

These are the only Buldak chicken noodles I eat. I add chicken and more cheese when I have them.

Pasta e ceci  (Pasta with chickpeas)
