Is a traditional Afro-Brazilian street food from my city, Bahia. essentially a deep-fried fritter made from mashed black- eyed peas and a oil called "dendê", is also made from onions, garlic and often slipt open and stuffed with fillings like tomato and a creamy called "vatapá", it can comes dried shrimp, if you want spicy sauce and a lil salad. its open with all fillings like a hamburger, it so yummy, and if you have the chance to try it, you will love it!
