For dinner I had a McDonald's Big Mac for the first time in a long time (almost a year now?). I don't remember if it was always like this but it had the thinnest patties I had ever seen and tasted a bit bland if it wasn't for the sauce.

Made a one-pot creamy tomato pasta with chicken and spinach. Didn't have any heavy cream but milk with cornstarch was a great substitute.

For lunch, ramen with leftover spicy cabbage.  Probably as close as I'll get to kimchi and ramen.

Roasted sweet potatoes with basil.  Sautéed cabbage, green onions, shredded carrots, with a little Mirin, soy sauce, dash of sesame oil and white sesame seeds.  Black beans.
