Spaghetti with marinara cooked with kale, red pepper, cannellini beans, and onion.  Cheated and added a little parmesan to mine.  yummy!

Neither me or my mum had time for cooking today, but she brought store-bought grilled chicken home.

For myself at night I chopped a plate's worth of it, marinated with olive oil chilly peppers, mustard, lemon, herbs & spices, and I sautéd it together with sweet bell red peppers & garlic. 

Ate it over a pita bread, together with rocket leaves.

canned three cheese pasta sauce, added some garlic 'dust', chicken, chickpea rotini

one panned it. with some luck. a lot of the pasta melted into sauce
