Penne Au-gratin with broccoli, carrots, garlic, and red sweet bell peppers! :)

hope to be soup (vegetable stock with some garlic) but likely ends up as ... chickpea rotini with carrots and chicken

came back to edit because felt like i was lieing. ended up zapping another beef and potatoes with gravy entree

chicken verde soup with guacamole, sour cream and cheese

eating up a storm today. zapping one more chef boyardee beefaroni cup

Sautéed red Swiss chard and leeks, spicy black beans, and pasta with Parmesan and herbs. 

damn i forgot about dinner but then again im also trying to avoid it cuz i feel my bloating will get worse lol
