Well, a quick 2-second search shows me that the English sub is linked multiple times in the comments section of the movie's page here on MDL
Even the subber himself (Rjgman56 Subs) shared his links there over a week ago.

He has also uploaded it on dailymotion
Not sure where you were looking before but it's almost always best to check on the MDL page, especially for updates on just-released things.
