drama about solving work problems

Hello guys, I don't care about romances etc., but I'd really like to see a show when the main hero is trying hard in his (her) workplace and trying to resolve new problems (f.e. how to create something new or reuse stuff/ideas that do not sell anymore). 

Also, it can be about finding motivation in work, etc.
