This user is coming into an actor's page, defaming him, spreading a known black market attack from weibo, spamming her disproven slander -- one that has been successfully prosecuted in China. She is trying to hold the actor's page hostage, threatening users, demanding that they bully another user to do what she wants. And threatening to go spam and attack other pages. I believe this violates several terms of use policies for MDL, if not actual laws.

Please insure that she does not do this again. Thank you.
