Cannot Add New Title

Hi,

I have been trying to submit a new title for season 4 of a Philipino drama, but for some reason, it is not going through. The green submit button just turns white and stays like that. I do not see a pop-up confirming that my submission has gone through. Is anyone else having this issue? Can someone help? Thank you.

I tried submitting new title with a different browser, which I have never used for MDL before. Same problem as OP - no message prompt to say 'submission is successful' and the green submit button just turns white and stays like that.   

I have experienced this problem for almost 2 weeks.
