I purchased VIP Subscription today via MDL App however my subscription did not reflect on my account although the payment has already been processed. I tried clicking the subscribe button again and resetting my phone but it didn't work.

It still doesn't work. All I get is a notice that says: "you have subscribed this product vip_monthly" but the subscription privileges are still not reflecting on my account.

It shouldn't say that. Are you sure you press the word "Restore"?

yes, I did press that word but this is what appears. 

Thank you for the screenshot, that helps a lot. I didn’t know the restore was supposed to do that. I'm looking into the issue now.

Update: Fixed it, you may need to login again if ads are visible.
