Kokuto:
Can the grey place holder, 'official poster has not been released' images not be deleted?
Those posters can stay; they will be dealt with later.
Thanks for reaching out about your photos. Using those as examples, below we will walk through the thought process of what's allowed and what's not. If you haven't already, I would suggest reading this message as it also has explanations and examples that are relevant.
Based on the photos in question, here are some key points that will hopefully help in deciding what photos to upload in the future (some of this is mentioned in the link above, re-emphasizing here....):
Keep the Gallery Title-Focused: An image should have a clear connection to the drama, movie, or show itself.
The purpose of each photo in the gallery should be focused on the production itself. It is not the personal gallery of any actor. For example, the subject of a selfie is the actor and not the production, and therefore those are subject for removal; doesn't matter if they are on set and in costume.
Behind the scenes photos must show some level of work being done. The link above has specific examples. Basically photos of actor(s) sitting or standing around the set are not valid behind the scenes photos and subject for removal.
"Official" - Some people are stuck on the idea that any photo from an official source (like from an actor's account) is allowed in the gallery. That is not true. That's just one criteria. Yes, the photo must come from an official source. AND they must also meet all the other criteria of the guidelines.
Re-using the example from above: saying that selfies were posted by the actors themselves is not a valid argument. Doesn't matter who posted it and that the source is "official"; if the subject of the photo is not focused on the production itself (or violates any other guideline), it is subject for removal.
Now the walkthrough....
The ones marked with a red X should be removed. The first two are focused on the holiday. The core message of the photo is not the production, but the actor celebrating a holiday.
The red Xs on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rows are pics of him just sitting or standing on set doing nothing. As discussed before, behind the scenes (BTS) should show some level of producing being done. Waiting around, eating on set, walking to/from set, etc. does not count.
The green checkmark in the second row can be kept as BTS since hair and makeup are being done. The ones with him holding a script (the 5 pics that are marked with orange 1s) - one can stay, remove the other 4; one is enough for a BTS, the rest add no value to the gallery and are essentially duplicative.
The remaining unmarked photos can stay for now.
We'll leave the gallery untouched for now, so you can pick which of the script photo you think should stay.
(Side note, since these are Gu Zi Cheng photos, I highly recommend the variety Wonderland Junior S4 for fans of his; he was great in that.)
