Unable to open MDL website on my android phone

I'm unable to open MDL website on any browser in my phone. However the site loads up if I connect to vpn and reload it. I have been facing this error for the past three weeks. I even sent a mail to support team but no avail

Sorry, I didn't see your ticket. I don't think this is related to us, it could be your provider, have you try connect it to wifi or using try to test with a different device?

The site opens up with a different network or a different device. The site has opening normally since two days back
