Code 400 error, acount under review

Hello 

I am new to this website. I made my first post in reccomdations forums 5 days ago and i can't to to people and thanks them.

I pop up message comes up whenever I press reply button. It says "error code=400, message=invalid linking permission. Your account is currently under review.

I joined this website just few days ago so i don't know if this is a normal process or i have done something wrong. Please help 🙏.
