Saeng:
While that's obviously true, especially regarding the news gossip about Korean "celebrities", them adding iQiYi, a streaming provider who is based in China and mainly has C-Dramas or, indeed, adding any Thai TV channel contradicts your hypothesis.
Oh yeah, I'm not saying "korean centric" by the countries of providers they list. They also have, for example, TVer, a Japanese online service to watch tv. But even TVer has a lot of KDrama because it airs on Japanese TV. IQIYI does have a lot of Korean content aswell (at least according to Google).

fiflydramalover:
Love in the Big City is a drama about a gay man who moves in with a straight woman and the lives they live.
Painter of the Wind is about a protagonist who (SPOILERS), depending on your interpretation, is either a trans man in a straight relationship, or a lesbian woman in a gay relationship. They dont use terms like trans or gay i assume becauzse of the time period.
Personal Taste does have a straight main narrative, but its an interesting look at homosexuality as well, especially through its side character. But again, these are not the only titles. Direstor Leesong Hee Il for example is a well known out and gay director from the early 2000s to the 2010s. Theres also the production company Matchbox which does short films of lgbtq content. Again, if you go through the search and filter, you will find tons of movies and dramas.
Yeah, like I said. I misphrased my original post. "KDrama that centers around LGBTQ, especially romance" is what I tried to say because that's basically what GagaOOLala is mainly about (these days). I'm not saying any of those three aren't LGBTQ content, just that it isn't something that would be on their site because it isn't obviously LGBTQ themed and/or more up to interpretation.
And I know of Matchbox, and a lot of these Youtube Channels that produce mini-dramas, but they're independent from Korean TV and media because they upload directly to US or at least western platforms. Movies are also different because they can deal with an 18+ or 20+ tag if they have to, which probably isn't possible on Korean TV.
I'm just trying to say that maybe one of the reasons why GagaOOLala isn't listed on MDL is because Korean mainstream media doesn't really have any content that's on GagaOOLala.
