Rating of 0?

Quick question - if someone leaves a rating at the default of zero does that factor in as a very low rating, or does it simply not factor in at all? Thanks!

Good question! I also want to know this. All this while I've been assuming 0 rating is "no rating" and it will not count. But only admins know the right answer.
