1. Payback
Thai Drama - 2026, 10 episodes
Payback has always held a special place in my heart as my favourite bl manhwa and so I held very high expectations for this series. Every single one of these standards were met, even exceeded dare I say. it pained me to wait a week per episode, but for the 10 weeks it aired, it became my comfort show. ToptapMinlee deserve the world, their acting and chemistry was top tier, along with the rest of the cast. I laughed, gasped and even cried to this series, and I hope you will too. The perfect mix of angst, obsession and quiet love that speaks volumes. Perfect 10/10 from me.

2. Top Form
Thai Drama - 2025, 11 episodes
words cannot describe how amazing this series was. I binged it in about 3 days. the OST, top tier, the chemistry OUT OF THIS WORLD. The visuals BREATHTAKING. The main leads of this series are some of the most attractive, beautiful men Iāve ever seen. of course, a good looking cast doesnāt equate to a good series, but this show delivered on both visuals and storyline. I canāt count how many times I cried along with Akin. The series made my heart ache due to Jinās adoration for Akin, how he would yearn and do anything he possibly could to make this man love him. and im sorry but the honey scene? wow. just watch it and find out. Top Form sets the standards for what a Thai BL should be. Full of chemistry, heartache, emotional depth and angst. A whole lot of angst. But I never once felt frustrated or annoyed, I always resonated with Akin and felt his pain alongside with him. the song Infatuated they used throughout the series is genuinely one of my favourite songs. pls pls pls watch and support this series...or else

3. Nour
Thai Drama - 2026, 10 episodes
I would say at least 8 out of the 10 episodes were genuinely perfect, and the last two were almost as strong. I love the characters and their dynamics, the spooky vampiric vibe of the Nour and the uniqueness of the storyline. every couple is intriguing and I genuinely scream when each episode ends. the visuals are everything, the cinematography is peak. Iām in love with everything about this show but in my opinion, I wish we couldāve gotten a better backstory for Chita, more of a deeper explanation of Nours and more explanation on Kenās past lover instead of just a quick glimpse. other than me being picky, this show is definitely in my top 3 of 2026, it was just so breathtakingly beautiful. (the scene were ken and james danced together, oh my gosh my babies. I cried along with them bro)

4. Mr. Fanboy
Thai Drama - 2026, 12 episodes
I love how this show teaches that we do not know these actors we love and see on the screen, they are totally different to the persona they play. Even if theyāre not totally evil like Nine, they are still different from their online persona, because who can actually be as perfect as they present themselves in their everyday lives? I LOVE AuAu and Save, theyāre so talented and they pair together so well. James is such an amazing actor, he really does make me want to punch Nine in the face. Overall, the visuals, cast and storyline are strong, and the intro song has me vibing. This show just has me extra excited for Ryujin and Patjiās new series and makes me want to see AuAu and Save as the main leads more often! So far, this is my favourite domundi show (possibly ties with duang with you, that show is just as beautiful)

5. Fool in Love
Thai Drama - 2026, 20 episodes
only half of the series has been released so far, but it has me so unbelievably hooked. like wow, im genuinely gagged every episode. I love the main leads and I genuinely kick and scream every time an episode is over. I KNOW this is going to be such a gem once itās finished. one of the best in the thai bl industry.

6. To My Shore
Chinese Drama - 2025, 15 episodes
To My Shore was an emotional rollercoaster of psychological manipulation, obsession and facades. I have rewatched it many times, and it remains my favourite Chinese bl to this day. Upon watching for the first time, I was genuinely conflicted. Did Fan Xiao love Shulang? Is every confession apart of his game, or is it real? Fan Xiao was such a complex character and ShuLang was unfortunate in meeting him. Their relationship is so intoxicating to watch and the actors did an amazing job. It may not be a series for everyone, but I adored it.

7. Duang with You
Thai Drama - 2026, 12 episodes
Duang with you will forever hold a special place in my heart. I began to watch this show as it aired, and it was one of the earlier Thai BLās I watched (as I havenāt been watching them for too long, Iāve always been a BL manhwa girlie but thatās besides the point). Duangās silly persistence had me hooked, along with Qinās deadpan frustration, which was always a front, covering his soft spot for Duang. North and Otto are one of the hottest pairings ever, both of them are so unbelievably beautiful and I wish I couldāve seen more of their relationship within the series. I can officially talk about TheeWave now as theyāre a fricking real ship!!!!! I always thought the show alluded to their two characters potential to date, due to Ms.Cherry, so I was kind of disappointed when that never happened. I loved Duangās friend group along with his family, both just as chaotic and loving as he is. I love shows about friendship (weak hero being my fav show ever) and so having a BL with such a close strong-bonded trio is so amazing! this show deserves all the hype it gets and I cannot wait to see what shows the cast do next. Missing Duang with you sm

8. Sammy's Children's Day
Hong Kong Drama - 2026, 9 episodes
the pain of waiting for a S2 is....crazy. I absolutely adore them and their chemistry is top tier. I love how this show subverts from the average top-bottom roles and I love the secret soft side of a supposedly tough gangster. I love love love shows that are transgressive, especially BLs because there is a fairly fixed way BLs are presented. The top-bottom roles are often very fixed and itās so fun seeing something different an unexpected, especially through their personalities. This BL is one of a kind in the asian bl industry (in my opinion) and no other show made me squeal as much as this one.

9. Secret Relationships
Korean Drama - 2025, 8 episodes
my only complaint for this show is that it was TOO DAMN SHORT. I watched it all in one night. I wouldāve loved to see a little bit more of the dynamic between their trio in the past. But for the short episodes they had, everything was executed so well. I laughed when I probably shouldnāt have, smiled, cried and gasped - it was a whirlwind of emotions. I loved the ending so much, my babies got what they deserved. Iād love to see how Su Hyeonās life ended up after being rejected. what was his relationship actually like with his parents? Iād love to see this show with the same cast, same plotline but 10 to 12 episodes which are each an hour long. pls and thank you

10. Me and Thee
Thai Drama - 2025, 10 episodes
I firmly believe every lover of Thai BL will have Me and Thee on their list of the best BLās out there. First of all PondPhuwin are such a beautiful, talented ship that deserve all of their success. This show was surprisingly hilarious, and I always found myself giggling over Theeās ridiculous antics and Peachās lack of interest in them. He knew exactly how to balance out Theeās stupidity with his level headed personality. And thatās what made it so much better. Two opposites ā one a drama queen, the other mature and collected ā falling in love, without much more of a plot. it was a love story, nothing more. which is a refreshing change from heavy plot lines. I believe both heavy plot lines and simple, sweet ones are just as amazing as one another when done right. I never really saw the point of PerthSantaās characters, and never saw enough of their relationship to care (although I do love them so much) and thatās the only complaint I have. Overall, it was a very sweet, dramatic series that was easy to binge watch and always had me laughing at the ridiculousness of it all.

11. Love in the Air
Thai Drama - 2022, 13 episodes
fort is so sexy (whoops, probably not the best way to start this, but am I lying?) this show has such a high rewatch value and I loved both couples, which is unusual because one is usually so much better than the other. I loved the theme of street racing because fort looks so sexy on a motorbike (whoops. and so does boss wow...) this show has fantastic visuals, everyone is soooo pretty. itās not a revolutionary show, but I really enjoyed it and Iād recommend it to friends. I liked how they touched up on Skyās traumatic past and didnāt shy away from it. I also love how Fort treated Sky and cared for him after everything. I just love this show, can you tell?

12. Revenged Love
Chinese Drama - 2025, 24 episodes
donāt even get me started. I yearn for these two so much. I mourn all the cut scenes that didnāt make it into the show because of censorship, but maybe one day (in like 50 years) weāll get to see those scenes.. Chi Cheng was such a freak, but I loved him way more than I thought I would. this show made me want to get a snake but I know that would be a horrendous idea. 24 episodes and I never once dropped this show and I always want to rewatch it whenever I get edits on my fyp. I watched them back to back to back until there were none left. Iād love to see these two together again, especially now chinese bls have found more ways to pass censorship. definitely recommend!

13. 4Minutes (Sultrier Version)
Thai Drama - 2024, 8 episodes
once again, be on cloud delivered another messy, complex storyline. it shows that actions have consequences, and not everything can be fixed like it is in fairytales. the ending was fairly open, but I kind of liked that. the show was not a āfix-allā ending and not everything wasnāt perfect by the end. it was a fairly confusing show at times but everything tied together perfectly at the end. itās one of those shows you have to pay attention to - not just background noise - to understand, but when you do, itās so good. and I feel like I have to mention the NC scenes, like bro, they were crazyyyy.

14. Deep In
Chinese Drama - 2026, 12 episodes
after reading the novel, I fell in love with the series just a little bit more. the execution of two couples played by the same people was really amazing. I was just as intrigued by both storylines. the sexual tension between them, the yearning, the love it was THERE. my only complaint was the girlfriends being cheated on and not really getting any kind of closure/revenge. (personally they shouldāve gotten together and added a bit of lesbianism to the series) overall, it was a really good watch, I was obsessed with every episode and I crave even more from the main couple.

15. Reset
Thai Drama - 2025, 10 episodes
I love pondās versatility and how he acts in so many different roles, but so far, this one is my favourite. this show was pretty ambitious and tried to stand out from other bls with the concept of time travel, and although it wasnāt perfect, I commend them for trying something new and making it good. I personally loved it. an easy watch, I did occasionally get a bit of second hand embarrassment (but I find things cringey really easily im just an awkward person) loved these two together, I think theyāre both great actors.
-
16. Shine (Orchestric Ver.)
Thai Drama - 2025, 8 episodes
still havenāt watched the last episode, I canāt bring myself to do it. but I absolutely adore this show, it tackles politics and love perfectly, blending two different types of people into a beautiful, complicated relationship. and I love how 1960s politics was what steered the show, it was a major factor and helps an audience understand the struggles of common people back in that era. be on cloud delivered once again, their shows always end up being my favourite.
-
17. The Prosecutor's Proposal
Korean Drama - 2026, 10 episodes
I read the novel and it just solidified my love for this show, the casting was perfect and I adored both of the characters, even if prosecutor Ju, at times, could be quite cruel to lee chaeha (secretly, we all know he loved to be treated that way) I love that my babies got their happy ending, and the investigation was actually quite interesting to follow along with. totally recommend, probably my fav kbl of 2026 so far

18. My Stand-In: Uncut
Thai Drama - 2024, 12 episodes
Before anything else, FRICK Ming. Now Iāve got that off my chest, I can continue. This show was, at times, very frustrating to watch. Joe was adamant on remaining with Ming, despite Ming being, and continuing to be, a very selfish, flawed person. Joe was a sweetheart and the ending heavily conflicted me, but I totally understand why it happened that way. If toxic relationships with happy endings isnāt for you (which it isnāt usually for me either) then this show wonāt be for you. Despite all this, I thought it was a unique plotline that kept me hooked for 12 episodes and thatās what I ask for in a series - engagement and an overall enjoyable watch. I may be biased because I do LOVE UpPoom as a ship and I really want to see more of them.

19. A Winter Sun Wakes the Wind in Spring Hills' Dream
Chinese Drama - 2026, 16 episodes
this show has such a calming vibe about it. set high in the mountains, focussing on tea making and literally a perfect relationship (bro, chang yang is a walking green forest) even through the episodes that made me cry, it still has a peaceful vibe, as if Iām up in the mountains myself, alone with nothing but the trees and the birds. their chemistry was so unbelievably beautiful and it defined the show - it wouldnāt be the same without them.
-
20. Wishing upon the Shooting Stars
Taiwanese Drama - 2026, 12 episodes
I went into this with not much knowledge, Iād simply seen a clip of the side couple and thought they were cute and so decided to watch it. and wow, this show is so underrated. I loved it. from the cute dog du du, to the main couple, side couple and even the dad and the doctor guy (I forgot his name, but him and the dad together? yes please.) this show reminds us to never take things for granted and that itās only those who love and care for us are the ones that really matter. I loved the setting, the beach and town was so beautiful and the reoccurring theme of turtles was adorable (HIM DRAWING THE TURTLE ON HIS HAND HAD ME SCREAMING, AND THEN WHEN HE REMEMBERED AND DID IT BACK TO HIM???? my heart flatlined) totally, totally recommend, one of my fav taiwanese bls.

21. Cherry Magic
Thai Drama - 2023, 12 episodes
my first gmmtv show and I genuinely loved it so much. the OST is great and TayNew are one of my favs. against popular opinion, I actually love this version more than the japanese one...(sorry not sorry) it was a cute, funny, fluffy watch that I would definitely rewatch if I didnāt have so many shows on my list. a really good place to start for your first bl.
-
22. My Love Mix-Up!
Japanese Drama - 2021, 10 episodes
one of my fav Japanese bls because it was so silly and so cute. it was a refreshing break from the usual series I watch. I loved the ālove triangleā situation going on, it was so chaotic and just adorable. it was one of those wholesome shows that you can rewatch whenever you want to shut your brain off and just melt in the cuteness of these two.
-
23. The Heart Killers: Uncut
Thai Drama - 2024, 12 episodes
honestly....I just watched this for Style and Fadel (sorry not sorry). Style was so iconic and it was hilarious watching him annoy Fadel and eventually soften his heart. JoongDunk deserve more serious themed series like this one as it suits their acting skills and appearances. I loved Kant and Bison too, but just not as much, Kant was probably my least favourite. This show is one of GMMTVās better ones (imo) it handled a more mature plotline really well and made it super funny. STYLE MY ICON I MISS YOU
