Sunny Dia is a Hong Kong actor and livestream host. He debuted in 1992 with ATV and later joined TVB in 1994. He is currently under a basic artist contract with TVB. In 1988, he graduated from Lok Sin Tong Wong Chung Ming Secondary School.

In 1991, he enrolled in the Asia Television artist training class. The following year, he joined Asia Television, but in 1993, he left after realizing that his efforts were going unnoticed. After leaving Asia Television, he worked as a computer repair technician for six months to fulfill his mother's wish for him to acquire practical skills. In the same year, he applied for TVB's 6th artist training class and officially joined TVB six months later in 1994.

In April 2021, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on his work, he started earning money through live streaming and product promotion on the mainland video platform "Douyin."
