Hey, all those other things you've mentioned are pure fantasy and don't exist in real world so they are viewed as such from the get go. But those ML's birth shenanigans are indeed questionable and laughable because that's not how it works irl. By irl science logic, no matter whose soul it was in the body, dna transferred to the child still belongs to the body. But here it's still clear as mud who the real father is, tbh. I was really frustrated at this at first too, because it's such a major plot point.

I know it's frustrating but don't follow irl science logic here, apparently that's not how it works in that fictional world 😅🤷‍♂️. Just play along. Also, maybe it's still not true and Jang Kang is yet to explain himself even though he already low key returned in latest episodes.

It's a good fantasy drama with high production value and interesting unpredictable plot. But it's 20 episodes long with 10 more being filmed currently for part 2. So it gets draggy at times.

But Mu-Deok doesn't exist, it's just Naksu being tired of working as a servant, groveling and being ordered around. She wants power, recognition and just be herself.

I really don't care about age differences or who's veteran or not. Same LJW is very young, but also very talented, while some other actors even when they're nearing 40 still can't do acting for sh*t. I want quality in kdramas, I give no quarter to actors who lack acting skills.
So all I care about here is that if there is an actess swap that her character will be acted on the same level of quality, no excuses.

Michelle Yeoh is awesome, but there is...too much of her everywhere 😅. It's like she's the only female Asian action star in Hollywood or smth. What will they do when she retires? It's not far now 😂

1. She's still not confirmed officially as FL for part 2.
2. She needs to act like JSM's Naksu when she's Naksu. I wasn't suggesting she should do a Mu-Deok or Bu-Yeon act. If she won't be able to do it, it will break immersion for the audience, she's supposed to play the same person, with same mannerisms and temperament after all.

But comparison will be made and it is needed. JSM basically set up Naksu character, if GYJ will not be able to act like her as Naksu, then it's not gonna click and will just be jarring to watch.

Alright, just some PSA again: It's not been officially confirmed yet that JSM will be replaced by GYJ in part 2, for now it's still a rumor parroted all around. Hold your horses until last episodes will have aired this week.

Also, yes, you've seen GYJ do the action scenes well, but JSM barely had any. Just a one hit kill tansu move. So how can you assume JSM won't be able to perform just as well? She has dancing background, action moves may be as easy for her as was said for Yul actor in his recent interview.
And furthermore, this is not an action focused kdrama, it mostly revolves around character interactions and JSM nailed all 3 roles she was given. Can GYJ perform just as well? That remains to be seen. I personally will judge her for that, not for a couple of minutes of action scenes.

Wonder if he knows the full story though. I mean, why sit on this information instead of using it to accuse both Jang Kang and Park Jin?
Also, it's still not clear what he did to poor papa Cho so that he ran wild.

Yea, that may throw a wrench into credibility of Songrim, but also Cheonbugwan. But she could have started with this, not with the ice stone. She probably doesn't have any proof now, otherwise Uk would have been in big trouble already, but if Jang Kang will appear then it may finally be revealed.

Why would he say that?

What about that dialogue with eunuch Kim and shaman Choi? Papa Jin is not trapped in Jinyowon, he doesn't need anybody's assistace to let him walk around freely.

It's unclear whether there is another sibling. But I'm refering to her talking to eunuch Kim and he alluded that someone's trapped in Jinyowon and only he can retrieve said sibling. Why would he say that about papa Jin? Papa Jin roams the land freely searching for Bu-Yeon, colluding with the villains by attending their meetings, etc.
