Fake Bu-Yeon a) is not a mage, even with the ice stone she'll be as powerless as that eunuch Kim; b) is not an assigned Jin leader yet; c) has way bigger age discrepancy with shaman Choi, could affect the aos ritual; d) can't open the Jin vault for those precious artifacts.
