Why this shit show isn't ending this week? 🥱 Way to drag this out with multiple dupe villains, the real one could be seen from a mile away anyway with his sus behaviour and pissed me off from the very beginning with his lame haircut and third wheeling.

What the rain has to do with anything, aside from it being water? Even Naksu could summon rain. This is a fantasy world with water magic, everything revolves around water. There's even a water dragon shown in the first episode.
The tornado coming from the ice stone is intriguing though, it was shown in the past scene as well with a Choi mage.

That's the actor leaving for mandatory military service, not the character. This drama will have two more episodes this week, just wait for the ending to see if they stay together or not, jeez 🙄.

I just hope they won't end part 1 on a cliffhanger, would make the wait even harder.

Does it matter if it follows cliches or not? I think what matters is how they're implemented. Some things misfired greatly in the last two episodes for many people, some were not so good to beging with for others. And don't tell people what they should think about it or whether to watch it or not, everyone can critique something they didn't like.

Cases are not very interesting, but I've read they are based on real ones? Irl that's what you get working as an attorney, people come to you with all sorts of problems, trivial or not.

Agreed, that damn leak/rumor spoiled everyone's expectations of this drama's ending. Now everyone just anxiously wait when something bad will happen to poor Mu-Deok and come up with theories how Naksu will return. Could have been such a big surprise if true, but showrunners don't seem to bother curbing it anymore.

And I agree about OTP couple's relationship - I can't help but view it as a doomed one. Them now and again using dramatic phrases like "love me till death" doesn't help either.

I don't think so. It's just when you've watched too many kdramas you automatically start pairing characters in some relationships with each other. But sometimes there is no relation and there doesn't have to be. Her mother could have died early, or was killed along all the others by papa Cho. Does it really matter? Yea, Bu-Yeon's special and all that, but Naksu worked long and hard to achieve a third level of magic power. Giving her some special birthright as well will just diminish her achievements.

Not sure about a coincidence, Bu-Yeon may have stepped in as a replacement voluntarily, but they sure as hell are not related.

I bet you won't be able to predict this drama's plot. Especially in the later half. Some things seem obvious, some get revealed gradually to observant viewers, but this drama has so many comments here for a reason - viewers are trying but nobody can predict where the plot is going, each new episode debunks most of the theories 😅

Yea, I was thinking the same. Even Uk didn't bother training with his sword when his powers were blocked. She probably saw no reason to because as soon as she gets her powers back she'll become strong again. In their world it's not just physical prowess it seems.
And she's indeed a clever mastermind, she only has her wits about her but she uses them to great effect. All the boys are under her heel and they don't even know how they got there 🤣

Not sure how could that awesome first episode not hook a person to watch more episodes, but whatever. Don't force yourself if you don't like it. Gauging other people's subjective opinions won't make it any more fun to watch.

Yea, and mama Jin explicitly said Bu-Yeon was her firstborn. A woman would have remembered giving birth to another child, lol.

I don't think so. Naksu is older than Bu-Yeon and if she was first born of Jin clan she'd be mama Jin's "my precious" instead of Bu-Yeon and would be living with Jin clan instead of Cho estate.

Witcher's first season was confusing only to those who didn't read the first book, which was a collection of scattered stories. But yea, they could have executed that better for newcomers to the series. It was like watching Harry Potter movies without reading the books all over again. Lucky for them next book started the series proper without time jumps and random stories, hence better season 2.

I've seen Moon Knight. It was utter 💩, sorry 😅

Well, it has nothing on the books or video games in terms of plot quality, but at least they're trying 😅
