ML got the evidence from the boat without a warrant, does it even count as admissible evidence without a search warrant? And where's your typical squadron of lawyers to cover that business woman's and real culprit's ass? She should have stayed quiet and let the lawyers dismantle the gained evidence. Also, same goes for wiretapping, which is illegal in itself without the government permit. That other mom should go to jail for that. That evidence can also likely be made inadmissible.
Too much exaggeration, circus, lazily written cliche villains, and not a single likeable character. I only mildly liked that hulk of a policeman, but inconsistency of his conviction in law made him meh in the end. The least likeable was that crazy, know-it-all, morally bankrupt journalist woman. For whatever reason, at the very end, they tried to make her look human when she decided to tell a sappy story about her father being unjustly framed. But bish, you incited murders by giving targets to the Vigilante and were planning to throw him under a bus in the end, all for the sake of ratings, so what are you on about now? The hulk policeman sure didn't give a f in the end though and that was that.
It really is a licensed TV series based on that Russian TV show Mazhor. I've noticed they even mention the production company the format is based on in the intro credits.
"How the heck that psycho Bale guy has kept his job for so long?"He loves killing people and is therefore good…
Then at the very least he should have sent FL somewhere safe where she could live a normal life because, again, like the takeover manual states he had the means. Instead he made her life fubar.
How the heck that psycho Bale guy has kept his job for so long? He's a liability to the merc company.
Also, come to think of it, FL's uncle is a terrible dude as well. His relatives were put in danger because of him - FL lost her parents because of him and her life has been under his constant surveillance. What's more, he's been basically grooming her to become his successor. Way to ruin a kid's life. Fat chance she'll ever get to live a normal life now. Why didn't he sent his relatives away to somewhere where nobody can find them from the very beginning, like he offered FL in the takeover manual? He clearly had the means even back then.
well, the fact that MDL people think that actor with two villain roles is typecasted is weird, and I don't think…
It's a typecast if it's one drama after another in a short period of time, people are still fresh from previous one. FL is stupid, there's no way around it, that stupidity with the video was crazy dumb. And without LDW in the cast many people wouldn't have even given this a try.
Let's be real here, LDW is carrying this drama. Cinematography is pretty bad, FL is dumb. One character was typecast as a villain, which spoiled the surprise. It has some moments, but I don't think I'll be giving it anything higher than 7.
I feel like FL is bigger friends with her older colleague at work here than with ML's sister. For some reason she was relegated to a rather brainless character for occasional comic relief. She was a more prominent character helping ML with helping FL in the manga.
ML and FL judged them as murderers because of the past(she was sick/insurance money...) but given another situation…
They just can't help themselves being evil, it's how they are. FL was so hesitant at first to go all in, but she finally admitted it herself that they just won't change. And it's not her fault if that's gonna be their reaction to her revealing them as trash that they are to the world. And you haven't seen anything yet, the levels of unhinged are gonna rise exponentially soon.
She will. But it will be diagnosed at an early stage and she'll get a successful treatment.
I dunno, they've completely changed his character in the drama, making him your typical disapproving parent figure. But I guess things are looking up for FL here, he seemed to be impressed of her now.
Wondering if there's anyone who still thinks the leads don't have chemistry or that Na In Woo was the wrong choice…
I think the romance here is very meh because of the brooding, indecisive and boring ML. And chemistry is lacking, maybe because of the rather wooden acting. But as characters they'll be good together, I guess. Tbh, I wasn't feeling it in the manga either, the main attraction there and in this drama is FL's revenge on the evil bish.
I prefer when there's more action and funny interactions between couples. In ongoing Doctor Slump, for example, even with all the bad things happening, you can clearly see the leads can't help themselves but to transform in front of each other.
I hate gossipers, especially the ones who keep on gossiping as if you can't hear them. But to be fair here, the evil duo created such a drama spectacle at work it's hard not to.

An average drama at best, overall.
