I am sure she ain't choosing dramas cuz her fanbase tells her but cuz she likes the story. If fans were to dictate an actor's careers then he/she is certainly screwed.

It isn't your overly cute fluffy or intense and sensual love story but is kept lowkey and somewhat realistic. Things did go slow earlier but have picked up pace in the last two eps withe everyone's true colors showing up.
Looks like Next Ep is going to be a storm in both their personal and professional lives, all thanks to the white hair witch and Sung Hee.

The things with Kdramas is every time they have used explicit stuff in their web dramas it always ended up receiving flak from the people in SK (similar thing happened in the Glory too) also it wasn't needed for the story so they avoided showing it off.
People have seen the cast especially the leads act since they were teenagers with their roles mostly in high school themed dramas so now suddenly them doing nude or sex scenes would be too much.
You need to remember that this drama ain't filmed in USA or Spain but in South Korea.
Almost every Male Lead did well with their roles. RJE was decent though and not bad.
A cold ice queen type who slowly opens up to ML or SML about her inner pain surely would have been better instead of a FL who is a weak crybaby from the start but anyhow this is how the show makers wanted it.
Gwi Ju somewhat pisses me off when it comes to her daughter. After years if neglecting her and causing her so much pain, he finally opened up her and the next day is ready to do something so dangerous that could cost him his life for FL saying he can't be a good father if FL wasn't there and just neglected how his daughter would feel if he something happens to him.
