(1) Crime case #2 reminds me of the Epstein files - girls raped by rich & powerful men. (2) Happy to see Zhao Qing (Wu Ren) in a more positive and substantial role. Not the prettiest, but she draws me into her roles. Her sad role in The Immortal Ascension is really heartbreaking. (3) Bai Lu's fighting moves are well done ... & looks a bit like Jacky Chan's novel moves at times.
Solid show! Even better than S1. Impressed with Feng Bao Bao in S1 for keeping a straight no matter how hectic her action sequences were. Equally impressed with Chen Duo in S2 for her emotionless calm despite being yelled at and bashed up by her aggressive handler. Can't wait for S3!

Not bad, but rendered rather redundant coz "The Blood of Youth" is such a recent show. Li Han Yi of both shows is the outstanding character! Both are cool and beautiful.

Agreed. Too many 'male centric' drama and donghua already. I'm tired of them! This show is refreshing!
Not sure. Seldom keep track of male-centric titles. Mainly watch female-centric titles. Good that Chinese drama has more female-centric options. Chinese donghua is terrible! Mostly male-centric!
