I can't believe that there is only one episode left πππ I'm not ready to say goodbye to Phaya and Tharn yet. I really hope they find a way to make a second season πππππ₯° I have read the novel, and based off of it's ending, a second season isn't totally out of the realm of possibility, especially if the series continued with the supernatural theme of a police procedural drama.
Oh wow, this was sooooo cringey π¬ The comedy was not comedic at all, but just incredibly cringey. I don't know how I made it through this series. Thank God for a fast forward button. The second couple was okay, not near as much cringe. Skip this series if you value your sanity, or fast forward through everything but the scenes between Tong and Gus. They are tolerable.
One of the things I love most about this remake is that there is no break up and no large time jump before the leads get back together like there was in the Kdrama. While Something in the Rain did have a somewhat open ended happy ending, it was wholly unsatisfying. Love the Way You Are gave us the satisfying happy ending that we wish we had gotten with Something in the Rain.
Regarding all the comments re: the height difference between the ML and FL, please note that the ML is only 5'10"…
Now I'm confused. If she is 5 feet tall, and they have a 40cm height difference (40cm=16in), that would make him 6 feet 4 inches tall. So either she is shorter than 5' or he is taller than 6'2" π€ Food for thought π€π€¨
So my theory is Charlie was given an injection to temporarily stop his heart and pulse killing him for a couple…
Your theory has validity. I have been thinking from the beginning when we first found out that Babe's powers will get returned when Charlie dies, that the only way Charlie could know that powers that he took get returned upon his death, is that Charlie must have died and was then revived at some point to have figured this out. Could Tony have done experiments on Charlie to figure out more about his powers, and that is when Charlie found out that powers got returned when he died (his heart stopped)? How else would Charlie know that any powers he took get returned to the original owner upon Charlie's death?
WeTVEnglish posted on their Instagram page wishing Lin Yi a happy birthday with one of the photos being from Angels Fall Sometimes. Under the Angels Fall Sometimes title logo on the photo was "Stay Tuned". There is still hope that this drama will air soon.
I'm on episode 5 and I think the drama is ok...if you can get past the fact that the female lead is dubbed using the cartoon voice of a 10-year-old. Everytime I hear her voice, I get flashbacks of Timmy Turner's voice from the cartoon The Fairly OddParents. It's really annoying. Otherwise, the drama's plot and storyline seem to be decent, if not a bit predictable. I will definitely keep watching while trying to erase Timmy Turner from my mind.
Was it aired live or pre-recorded? If it was live, i can see it being a slip of the tongue. If it was pre-recorded, then there is still hope for the drama to be aired, otherwise his comment would have been edited out.
why does it say it's Asperger's syndrome in the description? Is it a translation error of MAL?Everything else…
Aspergers Syndrome was considered a form of high functioning Autism before it was reclassified from the DSM in 2013. The DSM-5 reclassified Autism and Aspergers Syndrome as Autism Spectrum Disorder, which covers all forms of Autism, from non-verbal to high functioning, to Autistic Sauvantism. Some people still use the term Aspergers Syndrome when referring to someone with Autism who is high functioning, even though it is no longer considered the medically correct term. I can see where Chen Hui might be said to have Aspergers Syndrome by those who are unfamiliar with the Autism Spectrum because of the fact that he is high functioning, though there is most definitely the Sauvantism to take into account, as well.

It would be awesome if it was, but I doubt that will be the case since there has been very little promotion of it and not a single poster or "Coming Soon/Stay Tuned" post on any of Tencent's social medias

It was talked about in several threads over on Season 1's page when the new policy went into effect in China . I don't know if it has been confirmed to be the case, but it wouldn't surprise me if it was.
