I finished reading the novel, and I definitely like the TV series better.

If I remember correctly, Wandee fell first, but Yo Yak fell harder.

Wandee has had a crush on a doctor that he works with for years, but when he confesses his feelings, he is coldly rejected. He goes on a drinking spree where he meets Yo Yak. A drunk Wandee is a hilarious Wandee. Let's just say a very drunkin Wandee is a very persistant Wandee in his persuit to sleep with Yo Yak. They have a one night stand, where Yo Yak is afraid the next day that he may have done Wandee some terrible wrong by sleeping with him when Wandee was so drunk. Yo Yak also feels a bit guilty because he also has someone that he really likes. In an effort to make sure that Wandee is okay with what happened that drunkin night, Yo Yak goes to Wandee's hospital with flowers. There Yo Yak apologizes for that night and confesses that he has someone else that he likes. I can't quite remember how they decided to be friends, but somehow they did.
Yo Yak ends up confessing to his crush, and is also coldly rejected. With both Wandee and Yo Yak now suffering heartbreak from brutal rejections, they form a friends with benefits relationship with eachother, and thus begins the comedic and absolutely adorable romance of a professional thai boxer and a doctor. There are several bonus chapters at the end of the book, including an omegaverse chapter featuring Wandee and Yo Yak.

Oye is Yo Yak's brother and Cherry is Oye's long time boyfriend. Taemrak is the person that Yo Yak has a crush on. In the novel Taemrak is a man, but for some reason in the series Taemrak is a woman. The writers have changed the name of Wandee's crush, and I don't remember what it origianlly was, but in the TV series his name is Kawin Sukhapisit. Pakao is friends with Wandee, and in the novel he owns a lingerie shop specializing in sexy costumes. This makes for some hilarious moments. We do get to see one of these outfits in the trailer for the series. The series seems to have Pakao also being a doctor, as well as having the lingerie store, whereas in the novel Pakao was not a doctor.

The book is totally worth the $16USD that I paid for it. I will absolutely be reading it again. The translation was also really well done.

Wow! This was such an amazing series 😍🥰 I absolutely loved the soundtrack! I really wish there could be a season 2. Such amazing acting and engaging storyline. I totally wish that we could hear more music from 8loom. I have totally become a Bloomy 🥰

On Viki, it is one of the Free to Watch dramas, so you don't have to have a paid subscription to watch it on Viki.

The ending!! Ugh, that was such a weird and absolutely pointless eneding. She made the decision to leave the share house......only to come back to the share house the same day! What!? And then she decides to live in delulu world by believing that Hongyo's last book was written about her and clearly showed how much he loved her! What, what, what now!? When did he ever once show that he loved her, and that he wasn't just sleeping with her because she made his 🍆 hard?! She is delulu enough to have the audacity to tell Hongyo that he loves her. She admits in the voice over that, while they aren't technically lovers, she will continue to sleep next to him, and would probably only be able to ever say "yes" to him. This girl needs to grow a spine and gain some self-esteem. She can do so much better than Hongyo. What a pointless ending. Okay, my rant is over. Ugh 🤨😵‍💫🙄

I'm pretty sure this wasn't dubbed. There were a few spots in the series where it was obvious that they had to re-record in a studio due to a nosiy environment or because the mic either didnt record properly or the sound was messed up. Overall, though, I'm pretty sure it wasn't dubbed, at least not by separate voice actors. I even checked on drama-wiki to see if it listed any voice actors for the series, and there were none listed.

Squeeeee! Just finished watching the special episode teaser, and Phaya is finally getting a Garuda form of his own, or at least Garuda wings! I have wanted to see Phaya in Garuda form so bad! 😁😁😁😁😁🤩🤩🤩🤩 I really hope that Idol Factory will also upload the special episode on Youtube, too after it airs at the fan meeting. 🙏 🙏🙏🙏

So, I now see what the comments are saying about the lack of chemistry between the main leads. I don't necessarily think it is completely the fault of the main leads though. I think the lack of chemistry mainly lies with the poor direction and writing of the drama, accompanied by the poor editing and story flow. The characters are just not given enough chance to fully develop in such a short time frame with the way the story has been written. Other short length series have been able to successfully pull this off, but this series just hasn't been able to do that, I feel, in large part, due to the poor directing. I think the main leads did the best they could with the direction and writing that they were given.
Overall, I would say, if you have time to kill, watch the drama. It's not terrible, just kind of mediocre and average. If you have other series on your watch list that are calling to you, or you are limited on time, then skip this drama. Either way, this drama will probably not be a drama that sticks with you that you would go back and watch again. It is a one watch drama that is fairly forgettable, in my opinion. Nothing truly great or special about it, but nothing truly terrible or bad about it either.

I know, right? In Go Go Squid, it was a really obvious boom mic too that clearly did not belong in the scene.

Lol, not the first time i have seen a microphone show up in a Chinese drama. There was a boom mic visible in one of the episodes of Go Go Squid, too.

Finished reading the novel 😁😁😁😁😁 Now I am going to have to live off of the series trailer until the series starts airing. I can not wait to see Great and Inn's portrayal of Wandee and Yo Yak 🤩

I started reading the novel today, and I am already half way through it because it is so good. Aaaah! I can't wait for the series to start airing. I hope we get to see it soon 😁😁😁😁😁🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
