I havent watched any of the other FSM dramas either because most, if not all, of them have sad endings. Fu Gui's father was the ML in Love in Pavillion. I knew that there were going to be a whole lot of people who were left wanting more of Gao Tu and Shen Wen Lang with that ending. I am even a little underwhelmed by the ending. We got slightly less of the Gao Tu/Shen Wen Lang/Lele reunion than what the novel even gave us. Hopefully, we will get a special episode or it will be included in some deleted scenes that might later be released.

It is kind of hard to tell whether it is actually a broken heart sign or a heart sign. Even with the image upgraded to the equivalent of a 4K image, it was still hard for me to tell whether it was a broken heart or a full heart. We shall see. Fingers crossed 🤞
