I just finished watching it. I agree with the comments saying it wasn't as good as season 1... season 1 definitely had better pacing and kept me more attentive. However, I thought this season was still good! There was quite a bit of fluff in the middle of the drama, which made it drag. But the ending episodes were pretty solid. Still hoping for a season 3 because this cast is amazing hehe..

Yep she's the "SFL" I told you about. She doesn't interfere with the main couple much, and completely gives up on the ML in episode 13. Don't worry, she has her own lover.

I don't want to say too much since it might be a big spoiler, but she's neither weak nor super strong? She can hold her ground and is smart. Definitely stronger in the second half of the drama.

I would 100% recommend this drama! I was also hesitant to watch due to that reason, but I'm glad I did. YCY's acting is good here; she delivers her lines well and acts according to the personalities of her given characters. It helps that her chemistry with DYX is great! This drama and main leads didn't deserve all the hate that they got :(

I asked the same thing in the comments below this haha! But basically there's no love triangle since the ML and FML both only like each other. The SML (Xiu Ming) is pretty annoying in the first half, but ends up having massive character growth in the end. I personally didn't find him too much of a problem because I knew he had no chance lol. There also might seem like there's a SFL in the beginning, but don't worry, she'll have her own lover and she isn't annoying at all!

Damn. I didn't expect to like this drama as much as I did. I was leaning towards giving this drama a 9/10 until the 5th tribulation. That tribulation honestly pieced everything together like a puzzle. It was also so adorable to see their relationship when they were young 🥹. Genuinely an amazing drama with a pretty solid plot. The costumes were sooo pretty; I love Chu Kong's God of War one the most!! As always, I enjoyed DYX's acting. He did amazing with the different personalities. But YCY also did great! I heard about the critiques of her acting, but I thought she played her roles well too. 10/10 drama!! Left an impression on me for real. I'll miss them
