So funny how i was so looking for these 2 dramas, and then LBFD came and blew my mind, i dont think anything can top it this year anymore🤣

I am waiting for Love you seven times, also same author, and that novel is one of my favorite, hope, drama will make it justice.

I think it is bit unfair to assume she gets easy way out by sacrificing herself without even watching episodes with that scene. We could get a lot of character growth before that scene comes.
Also, about her not knowing that she brings harm to DFQC by her recklessness, she doesn't even know about extent of curse. And that's not on her but on DFQC, who still after what they went through together, still haven't told her the truth.

I personally enjoy her character a lot.
For charachter who always considered herself weak, she holds her ground against DFQC well and goes against him, when it concerns her values. I think, you cannot except for kind good natured person have the same character growth as the DFQC, who was evil, cruel and arrogant in the beginning. There is just much more ways in which he can grow.

So, as I keep obsessively rewatching MVs for some spoilers, I have been wondering about that scene when XLH straggling with barrier or smth. Her hairstyle and clothes are different from when she stabs herself. And looks more like when she is Goddess Xi Yun.
Are we gonna have several epic fights scenes in the end. First one when she sacrifices herself for, I guess, DFQC getting his powes back. Then, after she is revived as Xi Yun, maybe they gonna fight Rong Hao and that deity who gives him power. Maybe, she is gonna push away DFQC and return to heavenly realm for that reason🤔🤔

Yeah I am confused about that too. Maybe, cause both Orchid and DFQC now want CH and XWQ pass tribulations respectively, they could end up marrying them🤔🤔
And we have two more spoiler scenes in wedding gowns from MVs: kissing and when Orchid saves DFQC.

Maybe because their honesty in a cave didnt end well. Right now they just avoiding the issue to not get into fight, which is very unhealty but totally realistic.
Also, lets not forget DFQC never was 100% honest with Orchid, she still doesn't know, why he took care of her in the first place , i.e. him being hurt, when she is hurt. And that she is needed to resurect former god of war. When his brother asked about that, he also didn't give answer. Obviously, he has trust issues, which is completely normal given his past. It cannot change overnight.

Well, any relationship can work only if 2 people work on it. It's not only orchid's job to figure out the way, but DFQC's too. He is also pretty smart. They both said what they think and i hope they can start on finding a solution later on.

I maybe in minority here, but i must say I am loving our main couple conflict in ep 19-20. It feels so realistic and mature. They have opposing views, which creates tension and distrust between them, resulting in them both lying to each other. And in terms of plot it makes so much sense, since they come from such a different backgrounds. You can understand her reasoning, at the same time understanding his.
Thank you, writers, for not using those super cliche and annoying plots, when SML/SFL or some evil side character creates schemes to keep couple apart.
Also loved their exchange in cave, when DFQC asked whether she can give up fairy world for him, and Orchid answered if he can give up his. Also, that sentence about her not being able to really oppose his views, as he is so much higher in terms of power and rank than her. Finally, smart answers from FL.

On more positive note, mortal CH is cutie, and his and Da Yin scenes are hilarious.
Also DFQC and Shangque trying understand their feelings was funny.
Here hoping our demon lord figures out that he is actually in love, and we can finally have those lovey-dovey moments.

Tbh, i would have been dissapointed in her character if Orchid just supported DFQC plan to massacre her tribe, and become just a heroine who blindly follows ML without her own mindset. That would have been so much against her nature; since beginning of the drama she was shown as kind peace-loving soul. Even her powers are healing ones. She didn't want DFQC to kill his brother, who is not her friend or ally, just because I think she is generally against all kinds of violence. And obviously, her homeland is important to her.

I can't descibe how much i love this drama, at least those episodes that were aired for now.
I haven't seen main actors before in other projects but i must say their chemistry is sizzling.
Dylan Wang is amazing at facial expressions, and he has so much screen presence. He is so hilarious when switched bodies with orchid, while being scary and all powerful when DFQC. I am literally fangirling at all the times he shows his powers with epic music. I love how OP he is. Whenever i see him preparing to fight, i just think abt his opponents: "Run, you fools, run"🤣🤣🤣
SML is interesting too, i am glad he is given actual story with his own reasons for doing something.
Props to the whole production team. Everything is so well done: music, visual effects, costumes. And that boat scene in firsts episodes😍
Cannot wait for new episodes.
I am guessing they will go mortal realm to find Chidi mortal rearcanation soonish.
