But he don't have any rights to kill others, if he really want to give punishment then it's better to start hunt from roots the persons who given less punishment to criminals ... we have a system and it have some rules and rights we follows those that's called human society I'm a right, but taking rights into your hands and punishing criminals( killings ) is not right i think, even they are criminals ???
