Because the story is not completed as yet, we will find out in part 2, I’m not sure why Netflix has been splitting the series in 2 halves but it’s the same season so technically it didn’t finish with a cliffhanger. The teasers for part 2 shows him on the phone with Dong Eun saying he is innocent so we will see what really happened after that.
Did you have any other unanswered questions that you’re hoping gets answered in the second half?

The thing is she didn’t have a outward personality of Buyeon either ( only name) the persona we got right up until she started to get her memories was Cho Yeong and the reason why I say this is because, unlike part 1 where JSM deliberately created a personality, GYJ didn’t because she genuinely didn’t remember who she was and when she woke up she was told her name is Jin Buyeon so she didn’t even need to create a persona for the name.

The thing is they didn’t actually Market her at all, she was blocked out all the way up until the episode aired, all her press conferences/ interviews were after the episode aired and we already knew from the first episode she wasn’t Buyeon so that’s my main reason why I say it’s silly and it causes more confusion to the viewers who still thinks she is BY up until episode 8.

Maybe but he could say Naksu it Yeong and She can say ‘I’m GYJ and I go by the name BY because like I said she wasn’t BY in character, she even said in the behind the scenes that ‘I’m Naksu’ and the director said, ‘no, you’re Buyeon , A priestess now’ or some crap like that , she looked so confused lol

Jin Buyeon is a name she ( the character Naksu/Cho Yeong) was being called, it’s different from the actual character she played. She did not play the character of Jin Buyeon, she played the character of Cho Yeong with a lost memory. The character is her soul, her blueprint . The only way she or anyone can say she played the character of Buyeon is if she was in fact Jin Buyeon which would mean Buyeon soul and we are told she did not , she was tricked by Jin HoGyeong into believing her name was Buyeon but she never once had Buyeon’s characteristics nor personality. I explained clearly above what a character is and if she and LJW and production are saying GYJ played Jin Buyeon then that means Naksu’s soul was not the dominant soul and it most importantly means that there was no amnesia and another important thing would be Jang. Uk really did fall in love with Jin Buyeon which apparently didn’t exist so it then would mean Uk actually fell in love with Seol Ran and we know that’s not the case . The character is different from the name she was being called.

GYJ played Cho Yeong/Naksu with lost Memory being tricked that her name was Buyeon.
She only played the character of Seol Ran when Uk needed to kill the silly bird and like I said she didn’t even speak. It’s a very clear difference when they are in real life explaining the character ( soul) she played in AOS part 2.

JSM played Naksu/Cho Yeong and she played a made up personality majority of part 1 as Mudeok which was Seol ran so she only played a made up personality ( disguise). But her character was cho Yeong/Naksu, Mudeok was not a character ( I hope you understand what I’m explaining)
JSM also played the role of Seol Ran’s character in the ice stone barrier and when she interrupted UK’s near soul shifting with Gil Ju.
But the character she played was Naksu/cho Yeong pretending to be Mudeok a character she did not know but made up a personality to go with the name because it was her soul that was active.
That is where the first set of mistakes happened because Uk wasn’t supposed to be calling her Mudeok when they were alone because she was not pretending to be Mudeok when they were alone.


Oh just to be clear, I don’t have a problem with him calling her Buyeon in the show but I do when it’s done in their interviews in real life because like I said she did not play the character of Jin Buyeon.

I’m having a big issue with The production team and the cast for referring to GYJ as Jin Buyeon in real life.
First of all GYJ didn’t play the character of Jin Buyeon, secondly she only played the character of Jin Seol Ran in episode 10 at the constellation basin and she didn’t even speak and that role lasted less than 10 mins.
Playing a character and going by a certain character name are 2 distinct different things.
A character is the mental and moral make up ( internal/soul) of each individual.
Being called Jin Buyeon does not mean the actress played The character in this instance as it was always Naksu’s/Cho Yeon’s soul that was present and active.

We also learned that before Naksu entered Buyeo’s body it was always Jin Seol Ran’s soul that occupied it as Jin Buyeon’s soul did not get resurrected when Jang Gang used AOS to revive
the dead baby ( which is strange, since a soul cannot die) and I say this because the show itself has featured wraits and other souls that no longer had a body, that’s not a major issue because baby Buyeon’s soul could’ve gone to another realm ( heaven or whatever)
The problem is why we’re there 2 Seol ran in episode 18 or 19 of part 1 in the ice stone barrier, saying we didn’t lose it this time?
I’m not gonna lie every time I see a video of GYJ in real life saying‘I’m GYJ and I play Jin Buyeon’ I feel annoyed and dislike towards hThe series because I realise more and more how much of a mess it is starting from the producer and writers because they are telling a story about a girl that happens to be trapped inside a body with her soul being the dominant soul yet she is referred to as Jin Buyeon even off set, it’s a major fault in why most confused viewers are even more confused 🫤

If I’m going to be honest I’d say part 1 was messy but Part 2 was really really messy on so many levels. Thank Goodness the casts were mostly eye candy and the kiss scenes between the leads were mesmerising. Other than that, they butchered the characters and confused a whole lot of people.🫶🏼

I agree lol, I have to keep reminding myself what I’m actually watching when she’s on screen.

It’s not the end of a season it’s ending of part 1 which will continue on the 10th March. She was planning her revenge and it already has started , the teacher that had beaten her is now dead , that was her revenge as she set his punishment up and his son carried out the execution.
We see her disrupting the dynamics of Her Bullies group by turning them against each other, that’s her revenge in action,

The biggest problem with this is she didn’t seem like the same soul as her personality was completely different from the person he initially fell inlove with. Jang Uk failed to recognise her soul so in my opinion it was an all a waste of the writers trying to convince most people that she was the same original person he fell for.
Uk was supposed to feel familiarity ties with her from the very beginning but he didn’t so technically it’s like he fell for another person.

No remember he’s also dreaming of murdering the man who killed his father also. I think he will be a major help in her revenge, he only asked the logical question but after seeing her scars he’s fully onboard, Doctor is twisted and full of rage deep inside.

I hope there’s no suicide tbh but I hope the same as you even though I doubt it. I don’t think Dong-Eun and Ha Do-Yeong will ever be in a romantic relationship, I’m secretly hoping for it though 😜

But they won’t know or care because they would be dead and not everyone will despise them because they’re lots of people like them. To be frank I don’t think they would care as long as their families don’t despise them.

What’s the point in destroying their social lives if she’s going to kill them? Why not just kill them?

Yes I’m hoping for some resolution in regards to the main Topic ( Bullying) also and I’m hoping there’s no suicide as well because that’s another major problem in our societies and not a good message to viewers especially in her situation.

Pretty sure she’ll play a more interesting role in part 2, I feel like she may be the link to tear Yeon-Jin down from the inside ( broadcasting station) she might have a link with the girl that Yeon Jin threatened that works there. She also have access to all the footages at Siesta shop. I hope she’s playing chess and gets her revenge on YeonJin also.

Lol yes, I’m so looking forward to what side he’s going to stand on, the teasers and posters are making it hard to tell what he’ll do and the writer said he’s the one that will be at their lowest, it’s making me nervous and anxious 😬

JJ was the richest I think, his family owns a lot it seems but Yeon Jin was also rich because it seems her mom is running some sort of escort Buisness ( the clients don’t know though 😠) using the shaman house as a coy, I blame all the parents in this show.
