Just finished Part 1 and I liked it. But hoping for a satisfactory revenge. She's making them all go crazy and…
The point is for them to fight and kill themselves ( each other) the main character is not trying to go to prison for murder. That is the reason she’s plotting in a intelligent way as she’s not stupid, to try killing people herself.
I liked how most of them had a story & how most of them had their flaws. Eunhui is rich & a lot of people like…
Yes I agree mostly but because we only got limited amount of time with them as a couple we don’t actually know how many times he mentioned or told her to get professional help , I think she wasn’t listening to anyone as well based on her conversation with Dong Seok. I also gathered her depression came from her Father’s suicide, who knows it might be genetic, the writers didn’t elaborate on what type of illness she has that causes depression, Im assuming it’s trauma based on being witness ( more or less) to her father’s suicide though and we don’t know if she told him the full story, remember majority of ppl use the term depressed even when they feel stressed but I’m ok with him taking their son away as that helped prompting her to get help as well as Dong Seon as he also had a difficult childhood so they related more. I absolutely loved how they made this drama so relatable and the actors all did an amazing job as you mentioned before 😊

Seon-A’s depression is not constant as she had a job before, most people with depression tends to believe that they can overcome it without treatment and she was taking medication but it wasn’t working, she needed therapy and she felt as though she didn’t, please understand that no one including family members cannot force a person to get treatment, they have to do it when they feel ready unless that person is a threat to society and Seon -A wasn’t violent. It also seems she got worst after giving birth to her son ,she probably had postnatal depression as well added to her struggles with depression which would obviously make it a lot harder and another thing is most men actually think people can snap out of depression At will, which is quite sad tbh. As you’ve said you also struggle with depression ( I’m sorry to hear that) then you must also be aware that the spectrum is very wide, some people have mild depression and they actually don’t fall into deep slumbers whilst others have extremely dark moments and then there’s the in between. After rewatching episode 4, it’s clear that he hadn’t experienced her in that way before.
I think he just didn’t really understand it.
I was so happy that Hansu came at the last minutes at the end as he has his own life which wasn’t a part of the main plot.
- Remarriage and Desires : tbh I didn't like it that much but an entertaining watch none the less-The World of…
Not sure which one you’re asking about 😅
Not sure if you actually watched Itaewon class because you said you weren’t interested but if you haven’t it’s a slow burn revenge similar to the glory as the culprit is also rich and powerful and the victim was young and grew up with a plan as well to enable himself to get revenge without violence.
As for the penthouse it’s a lot going on because it’s lots of people involved so it’s not 1 person actually seeking revenge but they are all linked somehow because they all live in the penthouse with children who bully each other and the adults also live shady lifestyles ( most of them) so I’d say it’s not draggy because there’s a lot to go through between teens and the adults ( mostly upper class) I really enjoyed it and will rewatch again. There’s a few twists throughout 🌸
There’s no chemistry full stop! I didn’t say she was mentally stable. So 2 mentally unstable people are good for each other in your opinion? I personally hope she doesn’t get romantically involved with anyone in this story and focus on her goals and then her own healing after.
I personally found it odd that he listened to her yet he didn’t share anything about his own struggles ( That is my opinion) I also believe Dong-Eun knows about his problems already, I’d be surprised if she didn’t do some digging into his background.
Isn’t forgiveness a good thing?

“The Penthouse “ is really good with 3 seasons.
