Yes you’re absolutely correct, she didn’t get any Martial arts training and because she’s blind it’s understandable so her muscles are a lot weaker also her blindness removed her sense of physical sight so she gained mental sight and her other senses are heightened. It happens with almost every one that wasn’t born with all 5 senses and ppl who lose a sense often train the other senses so they can smell things better than a person that can see. That is why Seol Ran/Buyeon is considered so powerful as well.
But if Cho Yeong/Naksu trains she will be able to fight because she already knows all the techniques and training will build the body’s muscles and make her stronger.
