No my dear watch the scene again, Jin HoGyeong said to Cho Yeon that the eldest daughter produces a divine priestess, Devine priestess is sort of random selection and that’s why Cho Yeon is not Devine( Godlike) she’s just a regular Jin Priestess.

In episode 20 Master told Uk that the body once belonged to a divine priestess ( Belonged) that was even before the wedding scene then at the ending of episode 20 HoGyeong told Cho Yeon that there is only one soul inside the body however she wants to see the body ( to investigate) if the body belonged to Buyeon., why did we get those lines then?
For HoGyeong to say Buyeon soul wasn’t in the body when it ran wild somewhat proves that the spells from a shaman can’t affect a Jin and also Master Lee can detect souls. So they need to be careful of how they decide to tell this story because you end up with people like me that’s a story detective 🤣

Master Lee and Jin HoGyeong said in episode 20 that Buyeon’s soul is not in the body and apart from that if Buyeon was still inside how was the shaman bells able to work? It would mean that Buyeon is not actually powerful at all which contradicts everything about her. Im sorry but if Buyeon is inside dormant or not I’m going to be disappointed. I’ve had enough of Buyeon in this relationship. I just want Cho Yeong AKA Naksu and Jang Uk in a moral and happy relationship.

But how can she give her an heir if she’s really Naksu and not Buyeon? The child wouldn’t be a relative to Jin at all. I think we might be in for more confusion 😂

Yes the petals fell to her when Jang uk was entering or leaving but she’s continuously saying she can detect energy so the question is how?
I really hope they are not merging her with Buyeon because I’m tired of the 2 souls one body rubbish. I just want UK to be with his soulmate Naksu/Cho Yeong. No more Buyeon sidelining.

I hope he can remove the tracking brackets, I wonder if there’s more to them than just tracking though. Im really curious how things will pan out.

She’s in Project wolf Hunting and I believe she’ll be in some Shakespeare film soon, you could see her there. She’s also always on YouTube doing her daily vlogs .
I personally think GYJ did an excellent job of concluding her role in this series and I’m just one of many whom was looking forward to GUJ returning to her role.( thank goodness )The show must go on I’m afraid 🫶🏼

The thing is it seems she has some power to sense and detect energy ( well she said so herself) but based on the upcoming teaser it seems that she isn’t that powerful as Uk is hoping so well see how this all unfolds

I liked the episode, there were questionable bits for me however I’ll wait for tomorrow’s episode to see if they address those concerns for me.

One of my favourite scenes was the one when Park Dangu and allies turned up at Jinyowon and Uk being so lightning fast literally paused everyone’s sight, that was extremely well done.
Seeing Park Dangu heartbroken 💔 broke my heart.
Im a little disappointed that Cho Yeon’s loss has totally blinded her, I still can’t believe that she hasn’t realised that Mudeok was under a spell 3 years ago( seriously!).

So Cho Yeon doesn’t fully believe it’s Buyeon and based on HoGyeong’s answer, it seems she’s clearly in some sort of denial ( I’m not so clear on that)
She mentioned the body being her daughter’s but can’t she see the body has changed? And why would she think this Buyeon could potentially give birth to a divine priestess, isn’t Buyeon herself a divine priestess? Tbh I’m left with more questions, added to the previous unanswered ones.

The visuals was definitely breathtaking as usual,

PS I don’t particularly like how Park Jin is portrayed in this episode, I hope they sort that out soon.( his scenes felt like forced comedy to me and I didn’t find it funny at all 😭).
As I said before I’m hoping tomorrow’s episode will bring some clarity as I need to understand Uk’s abilities more because I thought he could now sense and detect soul shifters which makes me question how he’s not able to tell This mystery woman is a soul shifter.
