Ok so I’m rewatching the convo between master Lee and Ho-Gyeong and as far as I can comprehend based off master Lee . Jin Buyeon soul was clinging to Naksu’s energy only.
So the dominant energy is Naksu ( the stronger energy) He had to use Naksu’s energy to help recover the body and over time the body heals and take the form of Naksu’s original body because the soul and the body needs to be one in order not to clash and run wild.
So with my understanding Naksu’s energy took over transformed the body and made it her own and there is No remainant of Buyeons soul inside.
So it seems that Naksu might be the one that actually put the lantern out.
Big question is.. was Naksu more powerful than Jin Buyeon?😱
So now as far as I understand, Naksu through her transformation, she’s no longer a soul shifter? If no then is it going to possible for Jin Mu to control her as he’s planning? I will need to rewatch both episodes as I paused today’s episode quite a lot because I was making dinner etc. the watch flow got F%#ked up.
