This is surprisingly good!

It's a bad decision to start it while still ongoing. Now, I have to wait weekly for an episode 😭

I just know it will be amazing, especially since it's written by the same screenwriter who did 1 Liter of Tears and other jdramas that I loved.

Nao might be the main character but Aika is a better boxer. She can't beat Aika's speed.

The 7.5 rating is a crime, honestly. This is a lot... a lot better than other series with higher score. It became one of my faves.

My next drama will be Doronjo. Ahh, Hirona is just amazing with her roles!

I'm currently on the fourth episode. I decided to watch it because of Hirona... and I ended up relating more to her character.

I guess Japan is the only asian country that could make this kind of drama.

Oh no, I have to disagree about female leads in J-dramas being awkward. That seems more common in adaptations of shoujo anime. The female leads in the modern J-dramas I'm watching are actually strong and independent.

Simple and predictable story but still became one of my favorites because of Hirona's acting. The comedy was very natural to her.

Every trainee here is good-looking. And the story is even more interesting because of Ai Yoshikawa's character.

My girl, Ami Touma, is finally getting a decent main role. So proud!

Continue with Season 2 of AIB. It's better than Season 1, and you'll find the things that were lacking in the previous season. Maybe your judgment will change after that.

The casting is almost perfect, but what they did wrong was turning this sequel into a movie instead of another 8-episode series. It feels so rushed.
