On Kiyohara Kaya Feb 7, 2025
Person Kiyohara Kaya
Realized that I saw her before in Chihayafuru 3 and My Tomorrow, Your Yesterday but didn't notice because her character and appearance was just minor and short. Decided to watch Switched last 2023 and finally discovered this amazing actress. More films of her to look forward.

I randomly came across this while mis typing Taiyou no Kisetsu , and deciding to watch it was my greatest mistake…
Now, suffer with us.

I wonder if there's a chance for her comeback now that she is released?
She had a stage play in 2023. I'm also waiting for her comeback. 1 Liter of Tears was my first drama. It has big influence to me.

It felt like Ive seen that story multiple times already. Didnt bring anything new.
Since you already watched Drawing Closer and Even If This Love Disappears Tonight, I'll suggest you watch 18×2 Beyond Youthful Days. The story is not completely identical to the movies you've seen. There was something new in there.

I gotta ask, since I've seen this in several J-dramas. Do people in Japan actually stand up and yell at people…
Maybe it really happens in real life since in almost all jdramas that I watch, their conversation always has "I look forward to it" then bow when agreeing to date someone.

Person Yamada Anna
I still can't wrap my head that lil Anna and G̶o̶r̶g̶o̶n̶ Gordon are of around the same age.
And I just found out now that their birthdays are so close! Maybe that's why I can see chemistry between them.

This is one of the reasons why I love japanese films. One of the best.

Firstly Whoever is giving the tag of pedophile to the MFL i would suggest them to watch "Moujo No Jouken" first…
Couldn't agree more. I checked "Majo no Jouken" and it seems interesting. I will watch it.

Yes, but I also saw that she already refused?
No problem. I'm personally against that news.

I saw a TikTok that said the Japanese Royal family wants her as a potential wife for the prince… is this true???…
Yes, but I also saw that she already refused?

Any recommendations for more jdramas like this where the Female lead doesn't have a doormat personality or doesn't…
Pretty Proofreader falls within your description. But too bad because it just got removed from Netflix.

Also try Fight Song. I really love that one.

I find Japanese dramas a little weird. The characters feel too fictional. I know it's supposed to be fiction,…
Most jdramas have very realistic characters, actually. But I agree that this one seems a little weird.
On Cells at Work! Jan 29, 2025
Done watching it in cinema! Argh, I want more! Hope it gets a sequel or a drama adaptation 🫡

P.S., somehow I'm wishing that Suzuki Fuku is Ashida Mana's love interest here so it will be a Marumo no Okite reunion HAHA
