Exactly my feelings after watching.....his stone face and unhinged thoughts don't match at all...also I'm glad…
Yes! The stern face is just his exterior. He's really a big softie. That's what hooked me on the show. When Ryo was trying to keep a straight face while enjoying Haruto's cooking. 😆

I agree! It was a subtle nod to thier intimate life. I also like that they didn’t make Ryo shy away from it. His attitude was more like, “ok we’re doing this.” instead of “I’ve never done this before so I’m gonna act all weird about it.” Ryo fully embraced thier relationship and his new lover without hesitation. Just the way he immediately accepted being in love with Haruto without even a thought. He was like, “Dang it, I done went and fell in love!” 😆
Ju Yeong is so funny in the last episode. When he was trying to set the mood and DH wasn't picking up on it. The way he said, "I made pasta and lit candles and you still didn't catch on, eghh" that exasperated noise he makes while mumble kills me everytime! Like your mom being fed up with you.
What a great drama! High rewatchability. The acting is SO good. I was in tears almost every episode because it was so raw. The editing was a bit confusing but still great!
Ryo is in LOVE LOVE with Haruto. This is the cutest show. I love how Ryo doesn't hide Haruto. The scenes while Haruto was being fitted for a suit were hilarious. Daydreamer Ryo is my favorite.
Another fav scene was everyone at the party staring at Haruto and Ryo proudly thinking, 'Behold! Look all you want but Haruto belongs to me.' It's just so hard to take him seriously. His stone face and those unhinged thoughts are too funny.
In Ep6, Ju Yeong dressed up to go see Do Hoe! I was like awww he was ready to go see his man. I love how Ju Yeong is always fighting for Do Hoe because he seems too exhausted to stand up for himself.
For some crazy reason these writers love to write stories where bad people are forgiven. That's just the way it…
You mean the father being forgiven? I didn't feel like he was forgiven. I feel like JY stayed by his side out of guilt and his love for DH. I don't think he forgave him at all. JY seems like the type to stay in a bad situation instead of moving on to find something better for himself. Similar to the reason he's sticking with Taekwondo even though he doesn't want to start his own school and he's struggling. Maybe that's the curse of Taekwondo. JY only wanted to excel when he was around DH. When DH disappeared, JY's motivation to do more went with him.
I think JuYeong (JY) stayed with Dohoi's (DH) father because he was ultimately waiting on DH to return or for word from DH. I think JY felt guilty for causing an incident that he knew would distract DH on the day of his entrance exams. For DH, I think this incident on the day of his exams and his desire to hurt his father afterwards, were his last straw in an already tiring scenario. I think DH decided to leave it all behind and start fresh on his own. Hyeon Ho being in the picture kind of surprising to me, BUT I can understand DH needing someone to lean on when he had no one. I'm really interested to see how this all pans out in the end. I wish this was a novel so they could flesh out the scenarios more.
The cast of this SHOW! WOAH. I was in tears the entire episode, but that sunflower scene took my breath away! That scene paired with "Leave it all Behind" by Wonstein... AMAZING.
