Not really. On the other hand, he is taking advantage of CK and his amnesia about what happened in 30k years ago. They all put CK in the dark.. And he began his fake show as CK's bff. Things would be better and different if he told CK about how primordial spirit works. But he won't. It's not the type of him who is loyal and committed.

Mdl editors haven't changed the cast order yet. They're in the wrong order for real. Because this Xiu ming guy is definitely must be a main role since sometimes he appeared more times than ML in a lot of episodes.

It's ok with him as a plot device to move forward and add more angst. His screentime is unexpectedly and undeservedly quite a lot, even more than ML. The fact alone annoyed me.

It's obvious that they're giving him extra highlights and screen-times even more than ML, a trend which I dislike the most in c-dramas. Nothing personal. I just hate if backers and the production company do it for the second lead actor.

Shifu's arc is so fun and better than expected. The only downside is Xiu ming is still repeating the same shit.
