I was hoping for Not Me and NLMG kind of vibe but seems like it's gonna be another Dangerous Romance instead 😂😂
Well, vibe and pacing aren't all directing concerns. The director had flaws in his directing, but at least he knew the right tone to choose for his series and that viewers needed time to get immersed, not just merely being told a story.

Well that changes things. I wonder how they will connect the stories now. Probably one couple will be the main…
Well, they're indeed close with each other in the novel. Ark and Arm are Yotha and Y's senior code, Faifa is both Yotha's brother and Gun's best friend. That's where the title came from, because their code line consists of good-looking people. If what you said was right, then either Arm or Yotha wouldn't be part of the code line. It'd mess up a lot of the novel storyline. Well, GMMTV is notorious for creating a whole new story that's completely different from the novels they adapted, so 🤷‍♀️ I'm just scared because it's New lol.

Lol, I said the vibe, the colors, the tone, the nuance. Yeah NLMG has terrible plot, I've written a couple of criticism myself, but the director got the vibe right. At least I can feel the tension from intense scenes in that series. And I didn't even mention anything about the actor. Imo Perth and Nat hard carried the acting in NLMG, but they were also helped by the pacing and the vibe the series carried, two things the director did right. While Ohm was very disadvantaged by those two aspect here. This romantic vibe Kidnap is carrying didn't suit the dark storyline at all, and the pacing is too fast at least for me to connect with the protagonists' feelings and empathize with them. In short, I'm saying that it'd be better if Kidnap use a darker tone similar to NLMG and Not Me, it suits the story better. And I'd appreciate a slower pacing to let the characters stories and feelings brew inside the viewers heart, so they could empathize better. And Not Me is near perfect, no other words needed.

This is going to be dragged for 12 episodes because it is so fast paced. They got over with the kidnapping within…

Wait but it doesn't make sense to have YothaGun appearing at the time ArkArm's romance blooms, unless they made Arm enter college at the same year as Faifa, Yotha, and Gun 🤔

ForceBook in the recent MChoice interview talked about Perfect10 Liners and said that even if there are 30 episodes…
They've filmed 80% of FB's part just in less than 17 Qs? Even with them getting involved in almost all 30 eps? 😱

The acting is fine, but idk it failed to get me hooked. All the scenes felt like it was squeezed together just to make the story understandable. The series didn't give me enough time to connect with the protagonists' feelings because everything went by so fast. And it felt like the director was too fixed on making this a romance that they always toned down what should've been a scene full of tension. Well, it's still ep 1 and it's not that bad, I think I'll give it a chance and continue watching.

I'm not really disappointed with JaneRyan's screentime, but as the main character, Ryan should've at least more involved in his friends problems, not just through after work chat. Like, why is he the only one not invited to the restaurant by Tae? Where was he when all those mess happened when he was supposedly in the same office? They could've at least made him accompanying someone or giving advice, or they could've even used him helping his friends for his own character development.

Asides from the Bahmee annoyance, I'd just like to appreciate how healthy the work environment in that company…
And an office where the employees can just lie around in the middle of the lobby is heaven. Not to mention the slide, because stairs are my enemies.

This is why despite Bamhee and Judy leaving a bad taste in my mouth I still love this series a lot. Here, everyone not only has their own role, but also their own story, even some small characters. Not to mention the values being told. I really like how this ep focus on Pah's growth, it's very heartwarming. And finally JANE ADMITTED HIS FEELINGS VERBALLY! Damn I can't stop giggling since he first put that coffee in front of Ryan. I really like how their issues never get dragged on and always get resolved in one ep, and despite everything I said their scenes are still my favorites. Kudos for the director and OffGun for managing to create sweet scenes that made me giggle instead of cringe. And also their friendship I'm crying. Love how they all came to Pie for advice, and how they tried to cheer Tae and Bamhee up in their own way. I bet Pie will still get Ryan's crush wrong next ep though 🤣🤣

I wanted to scream at Pah that he should mind his business, but I understand his frustration: if you hurt my bestie,…
I understand him a lot since I've been in his position. Even after my friend forgave her ex and even became close friends I still felt bitter about him for a long while lol.

Just like ep 6, ep 8 kept me switching between giggling and getting heartbroken like crazy the whole time. My heart is with Tae so I don't think I'll be able to see BaMhee getting all chummy with Judy so soon after they broke up. Yeah I'm Pah and I think I'm skipping all her parts next ep. Let's hope she won't have much screentime and they'll finally put more focus on JaneRyan. I'm liking their development in this ep a lot lol, it's really such a surprise seeing Jane not so subtly admitting his feelings so soon. Their chats at the end is sooo cute (giggled again after crying with Tae). Is the man on the preview at the end Jane's ex? Or the one whose concept got accepted instead of Jane's yet quit? Or both? I just hope he won't be annoying.

I don't understand why people get so angry when there is cheating in the show, cheating is so common out there…
Cheating is common irl, but it shouldn't be something people normalize because it's still the wrong thing to do and it's the right thing for people to call it as it is.

So now People think cheating is normal when it comes to lesbians? I feel like vomiting, I know it's just a drama…
Ikr, like I too understand where she came from, but that still doesn't make the cheating okay. Cheating will always be wrong no matter the reason is.

Although I despise cheating I do understand BaMhee. Judy though, I'm so shocked when she returned the kiss. I've been trying to give her the benefit of doubt, but what she did just crushed any respect I had for her. Putting that aside, Ryan's confession scene is so great! Since the beginning I've always admired Jane's ability to recognize his flaws and apologize for it. I bet when Jane softened up and apologized, saying he was worried about Ryan, Ryan's heart was just brimming with love that he couldn't hold it back anymore, because if I were him I would too lol.
