Well, at this point my dear I should advise you to rewatch the whole series carefully. You missed the important…
I don't want to rewatch tbh. I'm already frustrated enough as it is and I have too much on my to-watch list. No time to dwell on this one

Agree. The 'love' was all in people's interpretation, because surely it was not on my screen
Right? Even from Fanfan's perspective, I don't see the love. Hurting someone so they won't forget you and in turn not being able to hate someone despite them behaving like absolute shit towards you, isn't love. That's a psychological condition. It's obsession and trauma bonding at best, but not real love.

I don't think they were ever truly in love. That would take at least some form of communication, respect and concern for the other. Especially on Lu Qing's part the relationship was more than lacking.

the only good thing about this show was the story of lu xiaofan with shen zhiqin 😭 they were so compelling,…
I wish Fanfan and Shen Zhiqin would've ended up together. I think by the time they had become friends, they really had mutual respect and care for each other. They were also able to have a proper conversation, something that Fanfan and Bei Lu Qing never had. Too bad Bei Lu Qing didn't show up one day with his grand plan of a marriage proposal only to discover that Fanfan has already moved on and is now living his best gay millionaire life together with Shen Zhiqin and their hot Portuguese pool boy. Now THAT would've been a satisfying ending πŸ˜”

Well... unfortunately that wasn't a happy ending in my opinion. Lu Qing really just showed up after years and blurted out "let's get married" and Fanfan agreed... Wow 🫠 (I don't care if Lu Qing was secretly in love with Fanfan, the guy always treated Fanfan like shit so fuck him). The lack of self-respect... At this point this isn't love, it's a sickness. My boy needs therapy and not a husband. And he's also still in contact with his shitty family for whatever reason. Is this some major case of conditioning? Stockholm syndrome? Idk... At least Fanfan got to open his soup kitchen for a while, that's one thing that is positive.

I was looking forward to an omega villain tbh But ok, then maybe it's just the writing that is off and makes Sangnuea seem a little strange..

Ah yes, that one. Idk, he seems a bit too eager to get together with an alpha. If he's the actual villain, I would even assume that he faked getting attacked just so he could get rescued by an alpha. He seemed pretty disappointed when he found out that another omega saved him instead...

Title Knot Spoiler
Let me predict the plot:
Someone will steal Phatsa's identity of the true omega (my bet is on that omega that Phatsa saved in the earlier episodes, he's sus as fuck) to get accepted into the Devathitirat family and marry a rich guy. Meanwhile Nakhun will tell his father that he will willingly marry the true omega, thinking that he can just marry Phatsa and live a happy life with him. That plan will backfire once the fake true omega shows up and then Nakhun will have to deal with two omegas at once (I don't have any hopes for a throuple but one can dream...). Phatsa probably still won't tell anyone he's actually the true omega, cause my boy doesn't want to become a broodmare (understandably). Drama ensues with lost of tears and shouting and intrigues and in the end the dad will eat his own words and realize he fucked up his family so bad, it will be hard to fix anything in the end. But since this is a fixed couple BL, somehow they will manage and we'll get a happy ending with lots of little enigma dumplings running around.

the next episode teaser at the end shows them talkin about marriage... who’s marrying who? i’m confused.
The dad still wants to force Nakhin to marry the unknown pure Omega. Nakhin doesn't want to, especially since he now knows that Phatsa is said Omega. So Nakhun goes like "Well what if I marry the pure Omega? Will you be satisfied then, father?". Nakhun also now knows that Phatsa is the pure Omega, so he's got nothing to lose there. It's also a sneaky way to make the dad agree to their marriage.

I love it! It's very campy and I liked the ending (it pretty much ended how I predicted, which is fine)

Also, does someone know if the OST of this series is available somewhere?

Hmm, somehow I doubt Phatsa is really pregnant. His symptoms sound more like depression, fatigue and emotional exhaustion, plus everyone would've felt sick from being forced to drink that green abomination.

On a side note: If I were an omega in that world, I'd sure as hell wear a steel collar around my neck 24/7, so no random alpha asshole could bite me. Like wtf

It’s a way to bring/show thai cultural food to the viewers, even in the OG the female lead who is an archaeology…
I just think it's a weird choice, given that Great is a doctor. I've watched a couple time travel series before and usually they incorporate the main character's profession a lot better. It's a bit strange that Great would choose to fry durians instead of helping people who need medical attention. If they want to show thai food, that's fine, but they should've made him a chef. That would make more sense.

I'm a bit confused why this series turned into a cooking show. Wasn't the main character supposed to be a surgeon? I get it, his grandma loves traditional thai desserts but like... it's not his granny who got isekaied. Anyway, for now I'll stay for the eye candy and nice clothes.

Naoya's father fucking himself over was so satisfying omg. That's what happens when you're too arrogant. And the best part: Takaaki didn't even have to do anything. He just had to lean back and wait for the inevitable hehe πŸ€—

After some thought, I think the only family member of Xiao Fan's I can give a tiny bit of grace is his mother. If you look at things from her perspective, I can understand why she puts all her hopes on FanFan. It's still wrong, but I kind of get her reasoning:

She's married to a good for nothing guy who is stupid as fuck and changes his opinion every 5 seconds. I can't imagine him being very popular in their village (like he even managed to break the car (was it a car?) of their village chief). Then there is the oldest son who is just a greedy stupid bastard. He even got one of the girls from the village pregnant and now refuses to take responsibility for it > another failure and unpopular person in their community. The little sister is good for nothing as well. She thinks of herself as above everyone else and probably behaves like a little shit towards her schoolmates and everyone else around her.

From what I gathered, it also seems the family is making bad decisions when it comes to their crops and financials. If FanFan cuts ties with them and things go south (of course they will), it will be the mother who will have to do all the groveling and begging. Her husband and her oldest son and youngest daughter will definitely not bow down to anyone. But I bet none of their neighbors will want to help that family, even if she begs them. We have only seen a tiny bit of them and that's already enough to make us hate them (imagine having to live with them for years.... I'd gladly see them starve tbh).

Now if the Bei's don't support them anymore either, they're basically fucked and will end up on the street. The mother sees Fanfan, her only somewhat intelligent child that also has some good connections and she desperately clings to that. I kind of felt sorry for her during that meal she had with her two sons. It's like she realized that her whole family is good for nothing (even Fanfan who doesn't seem to have any ambitions in life and isn't even really using his new connections in the city).

My boy Fanfan needs to cut ties with everyone, move to a different country where no one knows him and open a soup kitchen or something. His family and in-laws are all horrible. How shameless and selfish some people can be... I did get a little satisfaction out of Lu Qing getting manipulated by Zi Yang though. Dude is not as smart as he thinks he is. Wave cute little Fanfan in front of him and he'll come running like a hungry dog lol

The eye candy in this series is unreal. I really appreciate the historical clothing 😌

Also how can Great look like a small cutie when he's all covered up but he looks so big when he's shirtless? Like, where is he hiding all those muscles πŸ‘€

Apart from the good looking actors, the plot is pretty good as well. I think I'll be well entertained!
