seeing the new teaser, i think tian zhen seems quite happy with tou tou. Before tou tou, he had never been able to show anyone a different side of himself, like the side of him that loved extreme sports. Because all of his friends must think he's just a good student who only knows TCM and obeys his family. His family certainly didn't think he had that side. At least with tou tou who discovers many of his secrets (skateboarding, racing, etc.) and at the same time knows the true condition of his family because she lives together, I feel like he has a friend to share stories that he has never shared and to act as he is.

I don't have any medical background, but i literally enjoy this drama, especially the surgery scenes. I also love the teacher-student dynamic between them.

I loved the first two episodes. Sun tou tou characters are very interesting. She's the type of girl who is straightforward and does things as she pleases, but she's also a really nice person. I like her interaction with her master. Really hope that in the future he can become the successor, just like the master said. Watching this drama reminds me of dr.romantic, which has a (modern) medical theme and full of teacher-student interactions. The difference is that dr.romantic tends to be heavier than this drama which seems more heartwarming.

not explicitly, but i see there are a lot of glimpses of scenes that show tian zhen quite close to xu meng. There is one scene of Tian Zhen reaching out to Xu Meng (probably also to help Xu Meng). There is also a scene when Tian Zhen and his family are eating together and Xu Meng is there. I think from the scene in theme song, Xu Meng and Tian Zhen look romantically close. Tian zhen also seems to be quite close to sun tou tou but in a platonic, kind of siblings relationship. However, this is just my personal conclusion.
