Aku rasa sih, sebenarnya pada awalnya yg lumayan expert di IT di drama itu Li Xun dan udah jelas selain karena pinter dia juga hardworking sejak kecil. Kalau Zhu Yun dan Lao Gao pada awalnya itu kayak murid pinter biasanya, terpaku textbook. Tapi, karena mereka pinter, seharusnya memahami sesuatu juga pasti lebih gampang. Nah, pas ketemu Li Xun yg expert dan mulai gabung di base itulah mereka berdua jadi belajar lebih banyak dari Li Xun. Mungkin Li Xun cuma nerangin mereka mesti ngapain, dll. Tapi, sisanya Lao Gao sama Zhu Yun berusaha sendiri memahami n belajar. Tapi, proses itu ga begitu di detailkan, makanya mungkin keliatannya mereka kok instan banget bisa tiba2 ahli. Tapi, kata aku, level keahliannya masih dalam batas wajar kok. Makanya kan pas project Blue Crown App, mereka berdua awalnya desain apa gitu, terus Lao Gao presentasi. Tapi untuk kelas profesional itu ga cukup dan akhirnya Li Xun yang maju buat presentasi punya dia. Dan di project base di kampus mereka, aku rasa yang ditunjukin level programmingnya lumayan bagus cuma Zhu Yun dan Lao Gao (kalau Li Xun mah ga usah ditanya). Bisa dibilang yah jagoan kelasha mereka berdua. Sisanya mah kayak mahasiswa pada umumnya aja.

Dan menurutku juga, bukti lainnya kalau level mahasiswa di drama ini udah sesuai sala satunya adalah drama ini hype banget di kalangan netizen China apalagi di Universitas2 (SMA juga sih). Itu berarti drama ini diterima dengan baik kan di kalangan mahasiswa di sana. Aku yakin mahasiswa2 disana udah lumayan cerdas buat memilih tontonan. Pasti mereka juga bakal merasa merasa terganggu atau paling ga risih kalau level mahasiswa di dramanya ga disesuaikan sama real life nya. Paling ga pasti banyak mahasiswa yang komen2 soal dramanya ga sesuai realita kehidupan kampus. Tapi, pada faktanya, malah banyak yang memuji drama ini sangat 'real' dan beda dari kebanyakan drama idola lainnya. Lagu OST drama ini juga populer bgt diputar di universitas dan sekolah di China. Jadi, aku yakin levelnya emang udah sesuai. Kalau kelihatan se expert itu, mungkin aja level mereka emang segitu.

He's great in Secret in the Lattice. He's the first chinese young actor that make me feel that he really likes FL just by looking at his eyes. Very sweet. I was surprised that in L&P, I could also see that kind of gaze from Chen Fei Yu. I don't really like Mr. Bad either. I didn't like the plot and maybe that's what made me not enjoy the drama even when ML was playing by Chen Zhe Yuan. But, in my opinion, his acting in that drama was pretty good, although I prefer his acting in Secret in the Lattice

I like romance dramas. However, the reason I watched The Long Ballad was because I wanted to try watching dramas with other genres. Because for now I'm not sure I can watch other romance dramas, let alone youthful romance. I think the way to move on is to try a different genre. I just finished 4 episodes. I quite enjoyed it because Li Chang Ge's character is very strong, brave, stubborn, but smart. Reminds me a bit of Li Xun, only that Li Chang Ge is a bit gentler than Li Xun. Despite being impulsive, she really is the type of person who can survive anywhere because of her intelligence. I hope to enjoy this drama until the end and move on from L&P. I also tried a more different genre, namely Reborn Rich.

Come back here againnn... I can't move on. I always like watching college/high school/youthful romance themed dramas. Because of that, when I first read the synopsis for this drama, I immediately decided that I would watch it when it aired. I didn't have much expectation, just hoping to be entertained. But, now I'm not even sure I'll be able to watch youth romance dramas again at this high standard after watching this drama. Because of that, I try to watch dramas with other genres, such as historical. The last time I watched a historical drama and enjoyed it quite a bit was watching Who Rules the World. Right now I'm watching The Long Ballad, hope it will help me move on from L&P.

I'm also really looking forward to the drama Hidden Love which will reportedly air in Q1 of 2023. I hope it can be a drama with youthful romance theme that is as good as L&P.

I was waiting for this drama to air because of Luo Yun Xi and Cheng Xiao, but after it aired, I didn't really like this drama. Maybe drama is just not my taste. The only thing that I really like from the bottom of my heart about this drama is one of its OST, called "Shu Dong You Guang" - Li Runqi. I find it a soft, soothing, sincere song. I even re-watched this part of the song played in this drama several times 😅. I also learned pinyin to sing this song. This may sound like an exaggeration, but this song has always been my favorite Chinese song, no matter how much time has passed or how many Chinese songs I have listened to. I love listening to this song when I'm sad, it makes me feel as if someone is telling me that everything will be okay.

I just read the last two chapters of the L&P novel. And I discovered that it turns out that Li Siqi (Li Xun and Zhu Yun's first child in the novel) became an actor in the future. And he fell in love and married his wife because they both played "Li Xun" and "Zhu Yun" in the film "Eternal Latern" which tells the story of Li Siqi's parents. This film was also a turning point in Li Siqi's career. Like the L&P drama that might be said to be a "turning point" for CFY/ZJY's career. This adds to my hallucinations about CFY and ZJY 😂. Let fate decide whether the same thing as Li Siqi and his wife can happen to CFY and ZJY.

Me too. Before I get obsessed with dramas, I'm fine watching movie. However, the more I watch dramas, the less I like movies. I think with dramas, there's enough time needed to establish the plot and dynamics of each character. Meanwhile, for me now almost all films have a rushed plot, except for action or fantasy.

Previously, I didn't like stories about ex-lovers who met again. In some Cdramas, this becomes a side story for the main character (whether male or female) which will later lead to big misunderstandings and rather annoying problems for the relationship between the two main characters. I'm too fed up with dramas that make ex-boyfriends a problem for the main character's relationship, even though in real life it does happen a lot. In most other Cdramas, this becomes the main theme, where the two main characters will mostly end up together. But, before they end up together, there will be too many unnecessary misunderstandings and make me roll my eyes. And a lot of misunderstandings occur because of the lack of communication and trust between the two main characters. But, when watching this drama, I don't know, I don't feel the misunderstandings that occur in this drama are sickening. Maybe I was a little annoyed, but in the end I understood why the misunderstanding happened. And again, it's actually not a complete misunderstanding. The two main characters always trust each other until the very end. Li Xun had always believed in Zhu Yun, believing so much that he had to try really hard to push her away when he was seeking revenge because he knew that Zhu Yun would never leave him no matter what. Zhu Yun also always believed in Li Xun, she always believed no matter what, Li Xun was the same person, a really good-soft-inside person who she could always follow without hesitation. This kind of belief is very beautiful. I believe that being able to meet people who always believe in you whenever and however and people you can always trust in life is a precious thing, even a luxury for some people.
