It’s quite ambiguous actually, cause I heard that actor who often films on OTT originals usually means they’re easy to work with, so I thought maybe they’re raised by netflix (im thinking like the case in china with wetv, iqiyi) but those actor also do drama that air on tv and even disney so it seems they’re not specifically tied to netflix

Basically most romance and costume drama is idol drama. Assembly line production simply following the trend. Non idol drama would be those thriller, crime, life or family genre that usually doesn’t cast traffic actors. Of course just because it’s non idol doesn’t mean it’s always good tho

I would still give the award to iu though. She played two role too, although the young aesun isn’t too complex, but her portrayal of aesun after being married and giving birth and geummyeong first born daughter role is so different but both done very well.

Agree, I think relationship should be equal, but some of these green flag excessively give in to their lover. It’s just like the opposite in the media back then with women.

I haven’t watch most that in this list, but some that I’ve seen in this list seems not to be the excessive green flag type thankfully

If it’s best actress award I would understand your frustration but she got popularity award. I know she is not that good of an actor but no one can deny she has the popularity
