I m glad even if he would have rejected it with script. Though i know people had attachment with the ckt n ship n wanted s3, but I for one didn't want him to be stuck as shenyi always, plus there r too many similar dramas made like that nowadays, so it has lost its novelty, so there was no guarantee s3 would work beyond the solo fandoms of lead n shipper fandom, jst like stotd s3 wasn't as hit as its first 2 initial parts, also becos s3 was way inferior in script n felt repetitive too.
