In this story what I loved the most was both had a past n a bad breakup, not just one of them. N it's a slow burn, from being strangers to roommates to frnds n then lovers. Both had an upward growth with each other (QF in her career n LYF in his ckt) so 36 episodes to show all this is not too much. Plus there would be other 2 side couples story, so🤷

Yeah her name was gui lili only but she was kinda gold digger in novel. Was with LYF for money, then had an affair n after breakup married to her oldie boss for money.
